Je suis Anne et au cours des deux dernières années, j’avais rempli le rôle de Product Owner. Ce rôle m’a permis de me développer de manière incroyable et est devenu ma passion. Chaque jour, en réalisant les projets les plus importants avec des équipes formidables, j’avais le sentiment de remplir une mission pour les parties prenantes,
les utilisateurs et l’entreprise, afin de fournir une valeur maximale. Sur décision de mon chef, je suis également devenue Project Manager de soutien, et lorsque les équipes manquaient de Scrum Master, j’ai pu remplir ce rôle avec passion. À la fin de mon travail, pour soutenir une transformation difficile mais nécessaire, j’ai essayé d’être un agent de changement agile pour aider en cette période difficile pour tous.
Avec les équipes, nous avons principalement travaillé en Agile, en utilisant Scrum. Cependant, je sais également travailler avec la méthode Kanban, et le dernier projet nous
a bien préparés au travail en mode Waterfall.
🍀Réalisations clés : ✅ J’ai dirigé 4 projets clés pour l’entreprise, dont trois ont été mis en production.
✅ Nous avons entrepris l’intégration de l’API avec l’une des plus grandes banques françaises.
✅ Ensemble, nous avons réalisé plus de 20 automatisations dans le processus
de réalisation des commandes.
✅ La plupart de nos solutions étaient des solutions personnalisées, adaptées aux besoins des processus de l’entreprise, créées sur Salesforce (*on nous a proposé une présentation mondiale des solutions)

Good morning🍀
I’m Anna, and for the past two years, I have been fulfilling the role of a Product Owner. This role has allowed me incredible growth and has become my passion. Every day, working on the most important projects with wonderful teams, I felt a sense of mission that we were accomplishing for stakeholders, users, and the company, to deliver maximum value. By my boss’s decision,
I also became a supporting Project Manager, and when teams lacked a Scrum Master, I was able to passionately fulfill that role as well. Towards the end of my work, to support a difficult but necessary transformation, I tried to be an agile change agent to help in a challenging time
for everyone.
We mainly worked in Agile, using Scrum. However, I can also work using the Kanban method,
and the last project prepared us strongly for Waterfall work.
🍀Key achievements:
✅ Led 4 key projects for the company, three of which were implemented in production.
✅ Undertook API integration with one of the largest French banks.
✅ Together, we completed over 20 automations in the order fulfillment process.
✅ Most of our solutions were custom-made to meet the company’s process needs, created on Salesforce (*we were offered a global presentation of the solutions)
